By commissioning me you are agreeing to everything that is stated below
General
This implies for every type of commission!
・You must be 18 years old or older to commission work from me.・The artwork I create is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.・I might share the finished commission on my socials or work portfolios, but I'll always ask for your permission first.・Please refrain from altering, editing, modifying, or claiming my work as your own. Do NOT use it for AI training purposes. Cropping for aesthetic or formatting reasons is fine!・If you choose to use or share my artwork, please remember to credit me appropriately! Do not remove my watermark!・You can ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire! You can also check out my trello.
Payment and refunds
This implies for every type of commission!
・Payments will be made strictly through paypal via invoices and will be paid in USD.・I generally don't offer refunds once we've progressed past the sketching stage. I understand that things happen so please inform me if any issues occur, we can figure something out! Forcing a chargeback will result in a permanent blacklisting.・Backing out on a commission before payment is sent won't cause any issues as long as you communicate with me!・Payment plans are available for commissions over $200! Otherwise, I only work with 100% prepayment.
YCHs
・For Multi-slot YCH commissions, there's an unlimited number of slots available, but only for a limited time. (Typically, mine will be open for about a month or two.) You’re free to do holds for these type of YCHs!・Limited slot YCH commissions have a set number of slots available, typically between 3 to 10. Once these slots are filled, the YCH will be closed permanently and won't reopen. Holds are not available for this type of YCH.・One-time YCH commissions have only 1 or 2 bidding slots available. Once these slots are sold, they will never be available again.・Lines on my YCHs are NEVER set, that means that everything will be fully redrawn to fit your character.
Adopts
・Once you've purchased the design, you're welcome to edit it however you please. Whether it's major or minor edits, the design is entirely up to you to customize as you wish.・Please only bid or make an offer if you are 100% sure you can make payment right away, unless a payment plan is available.・I reserve the right to decline any bid/offer.・You're fully welcome to gift, trade, or resell!
